Creative Spark: Let’s tap into nostalgia to form a genuine connection with the audience, using memories to highlight the benefits of Samsung’s new product in a fresh, engaging way.
We persuaded Samsung to step away from its traditional tech-focused campaigns and embrace a more creative approach—and it worked.
Their new TV seamlessly transforms grainy '90s footage into sharp, vivid imagery, elevating the viewing experience. To showcase this, we launched a '90s sitcom pilot starring Tim Meadows and Molly Shannon. Titled Best in the House, this faux pilot was crafted with all the classic '90s clichés, delivering an authentic throwback.
We used this pilot to launch grainy teaser content, then surprised viewers by revealing the upscaled, high-resolution version made possible by Samsung’s new TV technology. The campaign debuted on social media, at a live event in NYC, and was followed by additional content to keep the story going throughout the year.
