Insight : People don’t utilize rewards points because often, they don’t understand how the rewards programs work.

Reposition all Wynhdam Rewards strategic, art and voice and create a 360 fun campaign. For this, we created a character with humor and
originality to act as the spokesman of the program and an advocate for the consumer: The Wyndham Rewards Wyzard, played by Kristofer Hivju.

Along with the TV campaign, we redesign all Program assets; from Hotel Cards, banners, app to OOH ads.
