Insight: People don’t utilize rewards points because often, they don’t understand how the rewards programs work.


The Idea: Reposition all Wynhdam Rewards strategic, art and voice and create a 360 fun campaign. For this, we created a character with humor and
originality to act as the spokesman of the program and an advocate for the consumer: The Wyndham Rewards Wyzard, played by Kristofer Hivju.
